ENROLLMENT STEPS

Thank you for deciding to enroll in an MWS expedition.
Please take a moment to review our MWS Essential Eligibility Criteria.

To secure your spot in the MWS expedition of your choice, you must first complete all steps of the application process as outlined below :

Fill out and submit the 2023 MWS Online Application. Or download the complete application here. Return via email, or print and send to the address below.

2. sign

Download and complete the 2023 MWS Admission Policies, Acknowledgment of Risk Form, and the Medical Form. Return signed forms by email or to address below OR once you apply online, the Admissions Team will send you a link to sign the Policies and Waivers digitally. Additionally please include a photocopy or scan of your medical insurance card.

3. pay

Pay the Application Fee: Send a check for $120 made to the “Montana Wilderness School” and sent to the address listed below, OR pay with a credit card here.

Financial Aid

If requesting financial assistance, you must first complete the general Course Application, then the MWS Financial Aid Application will be sent to you. Please note the MWS Scholarship Fund financial aid is ONLY for local Montana participants.

‍Note: You will need to photocopy or scan parents or legal guardians’ latest 1040 tax return form (and other IRS documentation when relevant) and attach them to your online form or mail them to us at the postal address listed above.
